I offer international counseling, consultation, and training for individuals and schools across the U.S., Asia, and Europe, with a focus on adolescent mental health and substance use prevention

International Counseling

I provide telehealth counseling for adolescents and adults living outside the U.S. who may not have access to consistent, culturally attuned mental health care in their host country.

​

Having lived in Japan, South Korea, and Germany, I understand the unique challenges of expatriate life. This can include transition, isolation, identity shifts, and navigating unfamiliar systems.

School Training and Consultation

 

I consult with international and domestic schools on mental health programming, crisis response, and student support.

 

My work has included:

  • Public and private schools

  • Boarding schools

  • Department of Defense schools on overseas military bases

  • International schools across Asia

 

Areas of focus include:

  • Suicide prevention and crisis response

  • Staff training and protocol development

  • Student mental health initiatives

  • Substance use prevention

  • LGBTQ+ support in school settings
