Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for counselors working in mental health and substance use treatment. Supervision provides a space to reflect on clinical work, deepen therapeutic skills, and navigate the ethical and professional challenges that arise in practice.

With more than 10 years of supervision experience, I have worked with clinicians at many stages of their professional development—from interns working toward licensure to experienced counselors seeking consultation and support in their ongoing work.

My approach to supervision is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in the realities of clinical practice. We may focus on case consultation, ethical decision-making, professional boundaries, treatment planning, and the development of each clinician’s own therapeutic voice. Supervision is also a place to consider the emotional impact of clinical work and the importance of sustaining a long-term career in the field.

I provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians working toward their required hours as well as consultation for licensed therapists seeking additional perspective on complex cases or professional development. I also offer consultation and training for schools and organizations internationally.

If you are interested in clinical supervision or consultation, feel free to reach out to discuss whether working together would be a good fit.
